Each year Tom Lemming tracks and identifies the top high school football prospects throughout the county to be featured in his annual book, Tom Lemming’s Prep Football Report, which is considered by many coaches to be the "bible" of college recruiting. Lemming’s book has been used by college coaches nationally to identify the latest and greatest high school football athletes and many recruiting classes are shaped with information from the report.

At tour stops, all athletes will be encouraged to submit an evaluation form for futher review by scouts. Beginning in December, 2007, all stops will feature a talk with Tom Lemming and Bob Chmiel, the foremost experts in college recruiting, about the recruiting process, their experiences and answer Q&A. The talks are a rare opportunity to get advice and inside knowledge from experts who have worked at the highest level of college football recruiting.

Coach Bob Chmiel, the National Collegiate Scouting Association’s Director of Football Operations and Educational Speaker, will host a special “College Recruiting 101” presentation, which drills down on what student-athletes and their families must know about college recruiting. Bob Chmiel has been named by Tom Lemming as one of the “Top 11 Recruiting Coordinators of all time” and has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting world as a former Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Coach at the University of Notre Dame and Michigan. Chmiel’s “College Recruiting 101” presentation will guide parents and student-athletes through the importance of establishing athletic and academic goals, setting realistic expectations and seeking opportunities at all college levels. Attendees will learn valuable tips on finding the best college based on their student-athletes’ academic and athletic abilities. Most importantly, “College Recruiting 101” will reiterate that the most valuable goal anyone should strive for isn’t scoring in the game but scoring a college education.
